Capital budgeting projects are made for many reasons. The basic motives for capital budgeting are to expand, replace, or renew fixed assets. These decisions certainly have a significant impact on the company?s future profitability. Due to the significance of the decision making, the researchers will exercise this topic to conduct a descriptive research on the factors considered in preparing the capital budgeting projects in the respective company. Using cross-tabulation approach with Chi-Square tests and correlation test, the researchers will analyze the significance and type of correlation among the tested variables. From the outcome, it is later known that customer demand holds the key reason behind the decision making in establishing a capital budgeting project.
