Abstract

This research was written to analyze about the brand of Dynasty Restaurant, Amsterdam, based on the perception of the customers that comes from inside of Netherlands (domestics) or from outside Netherlands (foreigners) that is measured by 7P?s (seven pieces of marketing mix). Dynasty is very famous and popular in Netherlands especially in the upper class society which are rich people and artists and also there are a lot of foreigners who come to Amsterdam special for having dinner in Dynasty restaurant. Because of this, the writers would like to know how exactly the brand of the Dynasty restaurant is, based on the perception of the domestic and foreign customers.
