This research is about the grammatical errors that occurred in the questions made by twenty children with different ages, from six years old to twelve years old. The writer categorized the errors that the children made based on Jack C.Richards' classification of errors in the use of questions. The writer wants to find out the frequencies of the errors that the subjects had made. She gave questionnaires to the twenty subjects of this research to gain her data. The data are all questions which contained grammatical errors. The writer used qualitative approach and she analyzed the subject by comparing all the errors that they made. The result of this research is that the respondent who made the highest number of errors in the three types of questions is the same respondent, that is the fourth respondent whereas, there are different respondents who did fewest errors in the three types of questions.
