Increasingly sophisticated technology and competition in the business world increasingly stringent property, causing many companies engaged in property race to reach consumers as much as possible so that one way to cope is to run a marketing strategy that is building a web-based marketing system with the SMS facility on developers property agents. In this paper create a marketing website for real estate agents who can provide important information for consumers with property data search system that is easy and comes complete information about our company, products offered property. Property website marketing data processing system equipped with mortgage calculations and simulation properties of a property price being marketed by property agents. Also property agent marketing website is also equipped with facilities to support SMS as a reminder of installments due and promotional tools so that companies can be more indulgent consumers. Web-based marketing system designed to use technology version, PHP 5.1.2 Macromedia Dreamweaver 8, and MySQL version 5.0.11-beta. From the results of the implementation and testing of web-based marketing system on the developers property agents, including guest users, registered guests, administrators, and purchasers can be concluded that the marketing website with SMS facility on the property is able to answer the problems faced by companies in which the system can search for properties with data easy and pay attention to the factors detailed information of each character data to be searched, but also provide features that have been described in the preceding paragraph so that it can support the performance of the company become more efficient and boost their confidence and give satisfaction for our customers.
