In this research, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) has been implemented in awardees short listing system at Petra Christian University. So the result is in accordance with input provided by potential recipients. As a result of the developed system the throughput efficiency of the overall short listing procedure was proven to be improved by 30.14, eliminate the need for manual labor by 80 and speed up time by 70
