        Abstract

        The purpose of this thesis is to identify the teaching and learning success factors in Faculty of Industrial Technology, Petra Christian University. We occupied the factors loading, composite reliability, and path coefficients for analyzing the observed constructs. Those constru-cts are department, the role of administration officer, curriculum and courses, the general role of faculty members, academic advisor, laboratory facilities, laboratory assistant’s services, and stu-dents’ information facilities. As the conclusion, we found that all of those constructs are affects the teaching and learning success in the Faculty of Industrial Technology, except the role of adm-inistration officer.
