Abstract
Along with the increasing number of the student using cars for traveling to campus, Petra Christian University needs to implement parking management strategy to optimize current parking supply. One of those potentially parking management strategies is difference parking facilities between students those whojavascript:saveData(); drive alone (Single-Occupancy Vehicle, SOV) and ride-sharing (High-Occupancy Vehicle, HOV). The aim of this study is to obtain mode choice model between SOV and HOV with three attributes, which are the parking fee, time to find empty parking space, and walking time from parking lot to campus building. Data obtained through fill out the stated preference questionnaires by 300 students. Based on mode choice model, the parking fee is the most sensitive attribute that influence students’ to shift from drive alone to ride-sharing, compared with both time to find empty parking space, and walking time from parking lot to campus building.
