Abstract

One of the popular businesses in the world that is increasing sharply is food and services industry, which is now called HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) in Netherlands. Suitable with visual analysis of the researchers, at this present there are a lot of entrepreneurs coming to the HORECA, especially in the restaurant businesses. With the competitive markets, every restaurant tries to attack its customers with products and services. The researchers would like to analyze how to attract take away customers into restaurant guests. If Restaurant China House can increase the number of restaurant guest automatically will increase the revenue of the restaurant. Take away customer is potential guests who can be attracted into the restaurant, because they have already been familiar with Restaurant China House. The researchers used qualitative research method with 142 respondents in the first survey and 52 respondents in the second survey. In the end the researchers used 11 respondents as usable data which are categorized into 3 groups. The researchers used marketing mix to attract two groups which were interested in China House Restaurant. This research will be successful at least one take away customer can be attract to restaurant guests.
