Balanced scorecard is one of measurement tools to analyze and improve company?s performance as a whole. Performance indicators are needed to develop a good balanced scorecard since performance indicators help to measure the objectives from each perspective in balanced scorecard and to make sure whether the executed strategy is already align with company?s vision, mission, and values. Moreover, within the performance indicators, there are key performance indicators that able to influence and affect a company?s performance. Therefore, through this research, the writers are finding the appropriate key performance indicators for nine departments in PT. XYZ by using exploratory-qualitative research with triangulation and criterion method in order to improve PT. XYZ?s performance as a whole.
