Abstract

Nowadays, portfolio becomes an important thing in daily life especially for managing financial. There are many aspects influencing in portfolio but in this research, it will be based on three aspects which are age, income, and marital status. These aspects are the common factors in daily life. Additionally, there are three basic factors influencing in conducting portfolio. Those are relative rate of return, risk, and cost. And based on research by using Cross-Tab and ANOVA as the tools, it is found that those three aspects are not enough have correlation with portfolio. Next, it is found that relative rate of return is the most significant factor that influencing in doing portfolio. Last but not least, there is significant difference between group of ages and portfolio that chose by the respondents.
