This research is a part of the author's main job in BIN0 related to the modern retailers. It is designed to find the relationship between the expertise, the trustworthiness, and the likability of BINO's contact personnel toward the customers' perception about the company's credibility. In addition, the relationship between the customers' trust and dependence to BINO toward their relationship orientation with BINO is also revealed. Questionnaires were distributed among 81 modern retailers' supervisors in Jabodetabek area. After the data was evaluated using Multiple Regression, it is found that the likability of BINO's contact personnel are significant factors that affect the customers' perception about the company's credibility, while the expertise and the trustworthiness factors are not. Besides, it is proven that both the trust and the dependence of the customers to BINO affect the relationship strength between firms.
