Abstract

The research was undertaken by the writer to evaluate the influence of motivation and work dicipline toward PT.hartini Design production . The reasons of this research are : To clarify the importance of motivation , especially wages as a basic motivation for PT.Hartini Design production employees To clarify the importance of work dicipline , especially absence To show that absence (work dicipline) gives positive influence rather than wages (motivation) toward production The data which need to support this research are using prime data and secondary data. In analysis , the writer used correlation and multiple regression . The conclution of this research are : There is positive relation between motivation and work dicipline toward production in PT.Hartini Design Wages is one of dominant factor in measuring work motivation level , meanwhile absence is for measuring employees work dicipline In this research , the writer distributed questionaire to all of PT.Hartini Design , mainly production department, in order to produce a more correctly data .
