The Promotion era in Indonesia is up-and-coming, many agencies try to find new places and attract the company who need it. These days, the company's have many choices for whom they will place the ad. As the time goes by, the company also needs to pay more attention towards its human resource quality since it will affect the company's performance. The existence system in the Human Resources Department could become the primary source of analysis. The analysis will focus on the Human Resources function especially the training and development program. Then the efficiency of the work system inside the company can be measured. It will also discovered the importance of having training and development towards its level of efficiency. That is why when the industry become tougher, many companies should improve the quality of the human resources in order to maintain and develop in the future.
