In a turbulent business environment, businesses must be ready to adapt with the changes in business environment in order to be able to survive in the ferocious competitive setting. Businesses must be ready to conduct changes in the company in order to turnaround the poor performance that is caused by changes in business environment. The writer used mostly qualitative data based on interviews and personal observations, and some quantitative data to show the facts and figures that show the rapid changes and turbulent business environment that was occurring during that period of time. The writer examined the factors that enabled an Indonesian beer company to be able to change and turn its performance around in a relatively short period of time, and then explored things that can be done furthermore in order to advance the company even more. The writer hopes that the findings in this report can be used as an example of a successful change management and corporate turnaround projects in Indonesia.
