In order to build synergy between these two departments, both must function properly. The authors provide the research on marketing department `. using marketing mix approach. The research is done by surveys and interview method. This report also provides the authors? analysis and findings during internship as well as?few suggestions and recommendations. There are other factors that we highlight such as RandD, warehousing, and distribution because they are interrelated with one another. The study is conducted with the hope of giving contributions both to the company and students. By assessing the weakness and strengths of the company, this report can be a useful source for better performance in the future. This report is written based on a qualitative study, as the authors explore and experience direct field work without making any generalization from the findings. The issues highlighted in this report are based mostly on surveys and direct contact with distributors and vendors. The author evaluates marketing force using marketing-mix as a tool and the rest uses the exploratory method
