Automotive competition in Indonesia is awaken, many new cars launched to the market. Customer has many choices. As an increase in quantity demanded, the warehouse system and stock control system should be optimized. Good car circulation inside the warehouse can produce delivery punctuality and better management when the number of units stored increase. An accurate data of physical outstanding units can be used to make a precision future sales forecast. The number of over stock can be minimized, and the long booking line can be easily reduced. Change of era must be accompanied by the change of system.
