Global era is coming and global trading automatically happens. There are a lot of players in the global market which come from many countries. Indonesia is still having economic crisis since few years ago and has not been recovered. In this condition, Indonesia is opening itself to the global and free trade era. The problem is whether Indonesian traders ready to face, take part in the competition and able to survive or not. The writer uses secondary data to predict the future of Indonesian traders. Trading is still have prospect in Indonesia. There are a lot of opportunities that the country has. Besides opportunities from external factors, the opportunities can be created from the trading companies themselves. The writer used PT. Kurnia as the model to get picture to predict the future condition. The writer evaluated the company based on the development of trading activity and income, the preparations that the company has to fight in the free era.
