The head office of Honda automobiles is located in Jakarta, and the main dealer in East Java is PT. Istana Mobil Surabaya Indah (IMSI), which located in Surabaya. However, there is some problem regarding the market , share of Honda in East Java. Therefore, the writers are going to analyse those issues, so hopefully the writers intention to enhance the market share of the company will be achieved. The methods that the writers used to compose this report are gathered from interviews, observations, books, websites, and articles. According to the issue concerning the market share that have to be boost by PT. IMSI, hence the company need to establish special department to handle all of the marketing matters, and that is Marketing Department.
