Abstract

Nowadays, coordination in a company is very important, especially for controlling the whole activities. If the company suffers a poor coordination, the effect will disturb their entire operational activities, such as delays of delivering the goods to the customers. As the battery manufacturing company, PT. XYZ also needs to have a good coordination since the manufacturing activities are complex and there are many employees to be coordinated. The good coordination in PT. XYZ is getting more important as the competition with other battery manufacturing companies becomes tougher. The authors use quantitative and descriptive analysis as the research method and for the types of data used are primary and secondary data. They did the surveys, personal interviews, and observations through the marketing and plant manufacturing?s employees to get all the information about poor coordination that occur in PT. XYZ. The authors optimistically saying that by applying better systems, the company will be able to decrease the number of days delayed in delivering the goods to the customers.
