This final research report examines the perception on service performance of logistic department employees as perceived by the other departments' employees. It focuses only on logistic department of PT. Sinar Sosro-KPB Gresik. The writers use several factors, such as knowledge, flexibility, effectiveness, timeliness, motivation, responsibility, and communication, to know which factor from those seven factors give significant influence towards service performance. Thus, the writers distribute questionnaires to 35 respondents in PT Sinar Sosro - KPB Gresik with non probability purposive judgment sampling and use quantitative approach with ordinal data. The result from Multiple Regression Analysis shows that there is only knowledge factor that gives significance influence on the perception of service performance.
