Abstract

Sales is one of the most important factor in one company or organization. In this stiff and tough competition, company is obligated to have the best people to face the competition. Therefore organization needs to choose their people carefully and selectively. This research is trying to prove that self-leadership is affecting sales performance. By then, organization is able to choose or select its people by using the self-leadership test. And for the current employee, the company can try to maintain or increase the ability of its employee to have a great self-leadership.
