This Final Assignment Report examines what factors that can increase the production capacity in PT Kuda Laut Mas and the writers want to prove it by motion and time study. In this research, the writers employ Production Process Analysis on the function on the machine which involves in the increase of the production capacity as analytical method in order to prove the increase that had been made by the owner of PT Kuda Laut Mas. Using qualitative and quantitavie approach to produce quantitative data then basically the type of data involved will be nominal and ratio. After analysis has been done, it can be concluded that the most affecting factor that can increase the production capacity in PT Kuda Laut Mas is the modification on the part of the machine.
