Recently, a lot of Multi Level Marketing (MLM) company entered Indonesia and become a trend. A lot of people are interested in MLM because of big income can be achieved in this kind of business. However, not all of people are successful of doing the business. This happens because of some factors, and one of them is due to motivation. The Yager support system has a big role in increasing motivation that based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs. In this paper the writer tries to discuss the relation between The Yager support system with Maslow's Motivation theory. The writer hopes that this paper may be beneficial to the reader, especially to the new Amway distributors.
