Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Good Corporate Gobernance terhadap Cost of Equity. Sampel diseleksi dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh 48 perusahaan yang listing pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini ditunjang dengan dua variabel bebas yaitu ukuran perusahaan dan book to market ratio. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa Good Corporate Governanc, ukuran perusahaan, dan book to market ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Cost of Equity.
