Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh Good Corporate Gobernance terhadap Cost of Debt. Sampel diseleksi dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Dari kriteria yang telah ditetapkan diperoleh 49 perusahaan yang listing pada Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini ditunjang dengan dua variabel bebas yaitu times interest earned dan return on assets. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa times interest earned dan variabel return on assets berpengaruh terhadap Cost of Debt. Sedangkan variabel bebas Good Corporate Governance tidak berpengaruh terhadap Cost of Debt.
