Abstract

The research uses the customer satisfaction as the fundamental topic to analyze the model of marketing mix especially Product, Price, Place, and Promotion to identify Customer Satisfaction in feed mill industry especially PT. Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk , known as JCI. The result will identify which factors of the marketing mix is the most influential factor to influence satisfaction. The research method used is using multiple regression analysis to predict the values of customer satisfaction from marketing mix variables. The data is gathered from distributing the questionnaires based on stratified random sampling method. The result shows that there are only two variables of marketing mix, which are variable of price and place, able to classify the level of customer satisfaction in feed mill industry especially in JCI.
