Abstract
After four months of internship at Ray White Darmo, the authors found out that there is a big price difference between two residential area houses that are located in West Surabaya. The authors will discuss the factors that caused the big price difference. The discussion will be based on data that were obtained from Ray White Darmo. These data will be used in a chosen case study, the authors? research method, and will also be linked to several related theories. From this analysis, the authors will be able to come up with a conclusion and recommendations.
