Abstract
Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah store location, merchandise, pricing, customer service, dan physical facilities dipertimbangkan konsumen berbelanja di Giant Hypermarket-Surabaya, dan juga faktor Variabel-variabel apa yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian di Gianr Hypermarket. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan Chi-square dapat di ketahui bahwa store location, merchandise, pricing, customer service, dan physical facilities sama-sama dipertimbangkan konsumen Giant Hypermarket untuk melakukan keputusan pembelian.
