The several of segment concentration, all the restaurant realize that the instore and outstore atmosphere may not forgotten to give the fascination to the various customer. The building design, created romantics atmosphere, freshmen to dine the dish presented it is can not be discharged from the role of store atmosphere of pertinent restaurant. The need to satisfy customer may be effected by store atmosphere. Knowing the influence of store atmosphere to customer satisfaction is fundamental for restaurant company managers and the owner. It is aim to focus on areas having the greatest need for improvement. A survey was used to analyze the effect of store atmosphere to customer satisfaction at Lotus Sakura restaurant in Heerenveen, Nederland. The results use the analyses percentage method of the questionnaires survey as qualitative research. At least, the writers could draw conclusions and make some recommendations on improving the store atmosphere by giving some advice for the improvement customer satisfaction of great store atmosphere.
