Insurance business is a tough business because it deals with how to negotiate with many kinds of people characteristics. No matter what products we offer, how much money to invest, the most important thing is still how to win the customers? heart. Because of that, insurance businesses need sales agents that have strong mentality, high commitment, good communication skill and high motivation. In this FRR the writers use descriptive and causal research. The writers used 60 samples for this FRR. In this FRR there are two factors that strongly influencing motivation factor, which are internal motivation and external motivation. In this FRR the writers want to know whether internal and external motivation can influence job performance. The writers use descriptive and causal research and mostly used primary data for this research. For the result, it is found that there is a significant relationship between age of agents in PT AIG LIFE and overall job performance level.
