Abstract
Penelitian ini menggambarkan upah, Locus of Control, dan Perilaku Kerja Pekerja PT. Trisakti Cipta Nusantara Surabaya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upah pekerja berkisar antara Rp. 18.000,- sampai Rp. 25.000,-. Rata-rata upah yang diterima pekerja sebesar Rp. 21.900,- dan standar deviasi sebesar Rp. 2.575,03,-. Locus of Control yang ada pada pekerja PT. Trisakti Cipta Nusantara sebagian besar adalah Locus of Control Internal serta sebagian besar pekerja menampilkan perilaku kerja sedang.
