The research is intended to find out how the performance of employees in Moy Fa is; and to know which rewards can better motivate them to perform well. Literature review in chapter 2 will guide this research to answer the research questions. Chapter 3 will tell about the research methodology. The research is going to use qualitative methodology. In chapter 4, first, it will be told about the general information of Moy Fa Restaurant; second, it will be explained data and the result of the research. The data then will be sorted and the interview data are transformed into matrix to make it easier to read and understand. After that the results will be interpreted.The findings of this research are that the employees are motivated to work but not to perform better or perform their best, that the employers are overcompensating underperformance.Recommendation for the company is to renew the reward system in Moy Fa.
