The interview process is one important part in recruitment process, that is why an interview needs some techniques that should be learned by the interviewer, because a good interviewer supports the success of interview process. This paper is about interview techniques used in BCA Probolinggo which discuss about their way of doing an interview process in order to find the right employee for a certain position. To know how BCA does the interview the writer sees from several points related to interview process in BCA, they are : - The definition of interview - Purpose of interview - Techniques of interview - The materials asked in interview - The factors that influence in interview process Considering that the acceptance of applicant depends on the result of the interview and test, so the writer makes comparison between the interview process in BCA Probolinggo toward its theory.
