Therefore this Final Assignmentcontain about making ofrepair and renewal tool scheduleespecially inOrchid product group by using Microsoft Excel software. The purposeof making this programisto facilitate making ofschedule so that repair and renewal toolscan be watched eminently and finally production process can walk at ease. This program isalso expected can analyze is the cost of depreciationif Industrialization Parts engineer is getting late to make repair or renewal tools.Use of this program issimple enough, that is input material master, name of component along with its part number, PO quantity, tool life in shot, amount of workday during one months, budget, and forecast quantity. Automatically, program will makescheduling and countenumeration of depreciation.
