Abstract

Based on data from pusgrafin.go.id in 2009 stating that public paper consumption in 2009 may reach 6.45 million tons of paper demand in 2005 as many as 5.6 million tons, we can imagine how much waste paper generated. This statement exacerbating the condition of manual administration system usage by many corporate in our country in order to minimize this problem, we propose a go online office solution. we must make design and then developing an administrative information system that can be run using internet. And to make these information system as real as the manual system, we have been implementing our administrative web based information system in one company named UD Duta mulia. UD Duta mulia choosen because it have 3 branches and 1 headquarter in Surabaya. It makes the manual system so complex and thus it suitable for case study.. The implementation result shows that the making of reports that were previously slow is now done quickly whenever a report is required. Inventory on each branch and headquarters can also now be controlled directly and thus decreased the amount of paper used by UD Duta mulia.
