      Abstract

Information technology has developed rapidly in the current era and has many benefits and uses, including marketing for business owners. However, it is unfortunate that many people still cant use technology to market their products/services for their businesses. This is due to the lack of information and knowledge about the entry of increasingly developing and advanced business behavior patterns. In this community service activity, we invited business actors from the Setia Bakti Childrens Development Center to learn together and understand the use and utilization of the latest technology to market businesses. This service-learning approach was used as a form of community service activity. The problems experienced and faced by business actors at the Setia Bakti Childrens Center are that they are not well-informed, do not know the usefulness of technology marketing, and still use traditional marketing, namely word-of-mouth marketing. The entrepreneurs at the center need to understand the development of technology-based businesses to compete with other businesses to improve the optimization of running business marketing in any business sector.
