Abstract
Micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) are the main pillars of the Indonesian economy. In todays digital era, the utilisation of digital technology is an important factor in improving competitiveness and expanding market reach. MSMEs in Tegal Sari Hamlet, Sidoarjo received guidance in the form of training and coaching related to the utilisation of digital platforms, including social media, online marketplaces and websites, with the aim of improving their capacity to promote their products. The objective of this activity is to improve the promotional capabilities of MSMEs through the provision of guidance and training in the utilisation of e-commerce platforms and websites as marketing and sales media. The methods used include digital marketing training, training on the utilisation of Instagram as a social media platform, e-commerce account creation, and website utilisation training. With the implementation of this strategy, MSMEs in Tegal Sari Hamlet, Sidoarjo can experience growth and expansion of the consumer base, and are able to increase market reach and competitiveness in the digital era.
