SatriaKarya Adiyudha (SKAY) has been recognized since 1990 as a reliable and trustworthy company with an extensive network of distribution centers in major city in Indonesia. PT SKAY open an internship for International Business Students, in PT SKAY internship students enter the field of warehouse, administration, and sales and marketing department. In this research writer will measure the balance scorecard on the internal business process perspective. The internal business perspective will be consisting of the three processes those are Operational Process, Innovation Process, and Customer Management Process. This research will also identify the correlation between those process variable Analysis is done by using validity and reliability, multicolonierity, autocorrelation test, normality, homogeneity, linearity, and regression analysis. Overall, the three variables are positively affecting the Internal Business Process. The research found out that the Operational Process is the highest variable affecting the Internal Business Process follow by Customer Management Process.
