Abstract

Actually Indonesia has supported nature condition moreover with the numerous of labor, Indonesia should can compete with another country. However, the large number of workers is not followed with the high skills. Almost all the local farmers are less educated. Furthermore, the unstable economic and political condition make even worse. It will difficult t o meet the quality and the requirements that asked by Japanese market, Besides that Indonesia should be careful with the high competition market. In analyzing data for this Final Assignment Report, the writer mostly uses secondary data. T hrough this analyzing the writer identify the importance of quality control, from the plantation to the shipment. This process will determine the quality of the products. For entering the Japanese market, an exporter or producer will be better having quality assurance certificates, like IS0 or HACCP. Japan is very restricted on the imported food. Japanese are very care on the sanitation and health. So, PT. Java Agritech should have those certificates in order to guarantee its product quality and safety. Through applying quality assurance certificate, PT. Java Agritech can guarantee the product, because all of the processing points can be controlled.
