How to reduce worker turnover rate in PT Mitra Gabata Dinamika

In this paper the writers are interested to conduct a research about human resources and to focus the discussion toward worker turnover. Chapter one contains background of the study, problem of the study, purpose of the study, significance of the study, scope and limitation which are the introduction of this paper. Review to related background is a review of the theories which are used in analysing the data. Chapter three contains data which are needed for the analysis based on the theories presented before. Chapter four is the conclusion of all analysis and some suggestion to solve the problem in the company.
