VIRTUAL APLIKASI MANAJEMEN PROYEK BERBASIS WEB PADA PERUSAHAAN JASA KONSTRUKSI

The needs of project management is an important difference between professional
software development and amateur programming. Construction services company requires
software engineering project management because software engineering professionals are always
constrained by budget and schedule. The limits are determined by organizations that develop
software. The task of manager of this project will ensure that projects meet the limits and provide
software that is useful for businesses in the construction services.
In this research, it will design and make project management system to assist and
facilitate the company in dealing with every existing project. The purpose of the application of
web-based project management system is to expand the reach of construction service order and
ease constructor in developing the companys business area.
This project management application is built using PHP model and MySQL database.
From the results of the implementation and testing of the system, will produce the project budget
planning, project activity using WBS method, handling of projects such as monitoring and
scheduling, and realization of each project so that it can ease the company in handling its business
project.
