Factors affecting PT.Petrocentral inability in meeting customer order and deliver in time

PT Petrocentral is now facing problems related to the inability to meet the STPP order from their customer and delivery time. The research will actually want to find what are the factors that cause PT Petrocentral not be able to meet the order fulfillment and delivery and also recommend ways to reduce that possibilities. The writer will use cross tabulation analysis to check the connection between the variables that connected to the actual problem. By doing this analysis, the writer will be able to know how strong the connection between the variables and then discuss how to increase the possibilities that PT Petrocentral can fulfill the order from their customer. After doing the analysis, the result implied that there is no connection between Lateness in the order delivery with Raw Material Received and Inefficiency in the production. Because of that, the writer concluded that there is another factors that influencing Lateness which is order amount.
