PT Mitra Kerja Abadi ingin memperbaiki sistem pengiriman produk ke konsumen agar waktu pengiriman lebih singkat dan jarak perjalanan yang ditempuh juga lebih singkat. Permasalahan ini termasuk dalam Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows ( VRPTW ) yang mempertimbangkan aspek waktu pelayanan. Metode penyelesaian masalah yang akan digunakan untuk menyelesaikan masalah dalam perusahaan adalah metode Multiple Ant Colony System ( MACS ) pada Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows ( VRPTW ). Usulan ini memberi penghematan untuk total waktu perjalanan sebesar 58,58% dan 57,44% untuk total jarak perjalanan.
