Abstract
This final project is focused on kanban implementation to increase labor productivity at PT Schneider Electric Manufacturing Batam. This final project is divided into four steps: design kanban, do implementation, make analysis and the last do improvement based on analysis that has done. The result from kanban implementation is success to increase labor productivity. It is increased around 14 % after kanban implementation.
