Abstract
Salah satu restoran yang cukup terkenal di Surabaya adalah restoran Sze Chuan. Restoran ini masih berdiri hingga saat ini disebabkan karena banyak hal, seperti: harga, lokasi, pelayanan, dan jenis makanan yang dapat mempengaruhi penjualan. Namun tidak semua faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi volume penjualan, pastilah ada satu atau beberapa faktor yang menonjol.
