    Abstract

    This study aims to understand the behavior of netizen segments that actively use digital media for shopping activities for traditional Indonesian decorative products online. website quality as an online marketing medium will have an effect on the intention to use website and then influence the netizen intention behavior. UMKM traditional ornamental variety has become the focus of research objects, and the sample of netizens selected through participation in filling out an online questionnaire on the website www.legacyofindonesia.com. Netizen participation reached 161 people and gave results that, website quality had a positive effect on the intention to use website and then had a positive effect on the intention behavior. Besides that the website quality did not have a direct influence on the intention behavior, but the intention to use website was the perfect mediation between the influence of the website quality on netizen intention behavior related to Indonesian decorative art products.
