One of the most powerful promotion tools for a snack product that targets teenagers as customers is through TV advertising. XYZ Company emphasizes the of TV advertising to promote their snack product to the market with huge monthly budget allocation. Thus, it is necessary to measure the success of the TV advertising in attracting customers, as to gain response from them. By considering the elements of TV advertising and the effect on the customer response that can be measured with a hierarchical model of response, the writer tries to analyze the TV advertising strength and the respond strength of customers towards the X product, also the level of correlation occur between those two objects.
