Abstract
Integrated information system is used by world class companies to improve their business processes and increase competitive advantage. There are two major questions being discussed in this research, i.e. firstly, how to determine the support of the top management and environment uncertainty and their influence to the preparation of technology information system; secondly, how to determine the influence of preparation technology information system to information sharing and information quality; which are used information technology to end user satisfaction Based on previous research, it is found that preparation of technology information system are influenced by top management because system information are determined by top management, and environment uncertainty will influence the provide of data management. According to a survey which was conducted by means of interviews and questionnaires to 53 end user information technology system practitioners in this research, it is found that in the preparation for an integrated information technology, support top management as an organization and environment uncertainty as out of organization is a requirement to form preparation information technology system. An information technology system is able to information sharing and information quality, but it cannot directly bring the end user satisfaction. The result of an information sharing and information quality directly impact to end user satisfaction.
