PENGARUH PREFERENSI HUNIAN TERHADAP KESEDIAAN UNTUK MEMBAYAR LEBIH HUNIAN DENGAN AKSES JALAN TOL DI KOTA SURABAYA

The purpose of this study is to find out if some factors like physical condition, the offered planning concept, location, and finances would affect the willingness to pay for the residentials that have near toll road gates in Surabaya. The other purpose of this research is to find how high is the percentage of willingness to pay for the residence. The samples of this research are the people who want to buy a residence in Surabaya and currently in productive ages. The analysis method used in this research is the partial least square (PLS) method. The results state that the physical condition, planning concept, and location have a significant effect on the willingness to pay the residence. However, the financial factor does not have a significant effect. The percentage of the willingness to pay the residence is around 0-10%.
