Abstract
Cafe is a place for a person or group of people to eat and drink while chatting, relaxing, gathering or just filling their free time. As time goes by, many people are interested in cafes as a place to do work. Considering the influence of the pandemic which has had quite an impact on peoples work systems and patterns, namely the work from home system, which has now developed into a work from cafe system. This can happen because many people are used to it and feel more comfortable and productive when working outside the office, one of which is in a cafe. The method used is the design thinking method, namely, understand, observe, point of view, ideate, prototype, test, story telling, pilot, and business model by applying a human-centered design approach. This approach focuses on humans as users of space to support user comfort during activities. The aim of this research is to create an interior design that can maximize the productivity of all users, both employees and visitors. This research produces an interior design that focuses activity patterns and user needs on the interior space, to improve the quality of employee service, visitor interest and satisfaction, as well as brand awareness of the cafe itself.
